About the Role
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive who is confident, energetic, and passionate about meeting customers and generating business opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in offline marketing, field sales, or door-to-door sales and be comfortable interacting directly with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door and field sales activities to generate leads and acquire new customers.
- Promote and explain the company's products/services to potential customers.
- Identify new business opportunities through offline marketing and direct customer interaction.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Conduct local marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and customer visits.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the team.
- Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new opportunities in the market.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve customer acquisition Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in sales, field sales,
offline marketing, or door-to-door sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel locally for field sales activities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets will be an advantage.
