Personal Loan Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Personal Loan Sales Executive to generate and convert leads for personal loan products. The candidate will be responsible for customer calling, understanding loan requirements, explaining products, follow-ups, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound calls and generate leads for Personal Loans.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan products.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into applications.
- Coordinate with customers for required documents and application processing.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Ensure a good customer experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements

- Experience in Personal Loan / Banking / NBFC / BFSI sales will be preferred.
- Freshers with positive communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/computer operations.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
