The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs for teaching and non-teaching staff across all branches. The role focuses on enhancing instructional quality, aligning staff with organizational goals, and driving continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a structured training calendar for academic and administrative staff.
- Conduct induction and onboarding programs for new hires.
- Design training modules on pedagogy, classroom management, communication skills, and technology integration.
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with academic heads and leadership teams to identify training needs.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and continuous development programs.
- Ensure standardization of teaching practices across all branches.




- Maintain training records, reports, and documentation.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.

Qualifications

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
