Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the electrical material store.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming electrical materials against PO/Invoice.
- Maintain proper stock records for cables, wires, panels, MCBs, DBs, lights, switches, lugs, glands, conduits, earthing materials, etc.
- Issue materials to site teams as per approved material requests.
- Maintain GRN, Material Issue, Material Return and Stock Transfer records.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate with purchase team for replenishment.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and safety of all materials.
- Coordinate with project/site engineers, purchase, accounts and vendors.
- Track material consumption and prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.
- Avoid material wastage, damage,



and unauthorized issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and inventory control at project sites.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of electrical materials and their applications.
- Experience with inventory/ERP or Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage store helpers and material movement.
- Robust attention to detail and stock-control discipline.

Preferred: Experience in a turnkey electrical contracting company and knowledge of HT/LT materials, cables, panels, lighting, earthing and fire alarm systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
