Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Quality team in incoming, in-process, and final inspection.
- Check products/components as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Support measurement and inspection using basic measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Gauges.
- Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and records.
- Assist in identifying defects, deviations, and quality issues.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Assist in monitoring production processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of rejection, rework, and non-conformance.
- Coordinate with the Production and Engineering teams regarding quality-related issues.
- Support implementation of 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.




- Follow company safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances.
- Knowledge of basic measuring instruments.
- Basic knowledge of 7 QC Tools will be an advantage.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Willingness to work on the shop floor and learn manufacturing processes.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹10,500.00 per month
