About the Role

Kripa Home Solutions is expanding its E-Commerce division and is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executives (CRE) to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.

- Assist customers with product information and order updates.

- Resolve customer concerns professionally.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Robust customer handling and interpersonal skills.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
