Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Cataloguing Executive to manage end-to-end jewellery product cataloguing and ensure accurate, complete, and consistent product information across company platforms and catalogues.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end cataloguing of jewellery products.
- Create and maintain detailed product descriptions, specifications, product codes, prices, and product attributes.
- Ensure correct product categorization, naming conventions, and data standards.
- Coordinate with photography, design, inventory, sales, and production teams.
- Review and verify product data for accuracy before publishing.
- Maintain and regularly update product databases and catalogues.
- Identify and resolve product data errors, duplicates, and discrepancies.
- Ensure timely cataloguing of new jewellery collections and product updates.
- Maintain cataloguing standards, guidelines, and documentation.
- Support the team in improving cataloguing processes and data accuracy.
- Monitor the quality and consistency of product information across platforms.
- Handle large volumes of jewellery product data efficiently.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4–6 years of relevant experience in cataloguing, product data management, e-commerce, or jewellery-related operations.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and strong data management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of jewellery products, terminology, and specifications.
- Strong coordination and team-handling skills.
- Ability to manage large volumes of product information.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to identify data discrepancies and ensure timely corrections.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Profile

- Experienced and detail-oriented qualified.
- Strong command of product data and cataloguing processes.
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple departments.
- Able to work within deadlines and maintain high data accuracy.
- Jewellery industry experience will be preferred.
