Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE)

- Generate new business opportunities through college visits, institutional visits, telecalling, networking, and other channels.
- Visit colleges and educational institutions to promote the company’s courses, training programs, workshops, and placement services.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with colleges, students, placement officers, and institutional authorities.
- Identify potential leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert prospects into admissions/business opportunities.
- Coordinate and arrange seminars, workshops, career sessions, and campus activities in colleges.
- Achieve assigned monthly lead generation, admission, and revenue targets.
- Maintain daily records of college visits, leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and academic teams for effective lead conversion.
- Prepare regular business development and activity reports for management.
- Travel to colleges and other institutions as required for business development activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
