Social Social Media Intern – Instagram & Facebook

Kiaans The Mini Mall is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to manage and grow our Instagram & Facebook presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Instagram & Facebook posts, Reels & Stories create and publish karna
- Daily/weekly social media content planning & scheduling
- Product photos/videos ko edit karke engaging content banana
- Instagram Reels ke liye trending audio, hooks & content ideas research karna
- Captions, hashtags & basic SEO-friendly content likhna
- Facebook & Instagram comments/DMs ko monitor aur respond karna
- Social media trends aur competitors ko track karna
- Engagement & reach improve karne ke ideas implement karna
- Basic insights/analytics check karke performance report karna




- Store ke new products, offers & promotions ko social media par highlight karna

Requirements:

- Instagram & Facebook ki good understanding
- Reels/short videos ka basic editing knowledge
- Canva/CapCut jaise tools ka knowledge preferred
- Creative thinking & positive communication skills
- Social media trends ki understanding
- Fresher candidates with the right skills can also apply

Location: Mohali
