Position: Call Auditor – Real Estate Sales

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Call Auditor with 2–3 years of experience in Sales

to monitor, evaluate, and improve sales calls. The ideal candidate should have strong

listening, communication, analytical, and reporting skills, with a good understanding of

real estate sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

 Monitor and audit sales calls to evaluate call quality and sales performance.

 Check whether sales executives are following the company’s calling process,

scripts, and guidelines.

 Evaluate calls based on communication, product knowledge, customer handling,

pitching, follow-up, and conversion approach.

 Identify gaps in sales conversations and provide constructive feedback to the

sales team.

 Prepare daily/weekly call audit reports and share key observations with

management.

 Track recurring issues and highlight areas requiring improvement or training.

 Ensure proper lead handling, follow-up,



and CRM process compliance.

 Review whether customer requirements are correctly understood and recorded.

 Coordinate with Sales/MIS/Training teams regarding call quality and performance

gaps.

 Maintain audit records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of customer

information.

Requirements

 2–3 years of experience as a Call Auditor/Quality Analyst in Sales.

 Robust understanding of real estate sales and customer-handling processes.

 Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.

 Good listening and analytical skills.

 Ability to identify sales gaps and provide practical feedback.

 Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and reporting.

 Experience with CRM systems will be an added advantage.

 Should be self-disciplined and comfortable working independently in a Work

From Home environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
