Job Responsibilities:

- Lead Mechanical Design Engineering (MED)- Static & Piping and Support to Chemical Engineering Design (CED), and Electrical, Instrumentation & Control (EIC) teams.
- Drive engineering strategy, technical excellence, and innovation.
- Oversee engineering project execution, resource planning, and cross-functional coordination.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality systems, and safety requirements.




- Improve engineering processes, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Mentor engineering teams and support organizational growth.

Education& Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical,
- 18+ years of engineering experience, including leadership of multidisciplinary teams.

Knowledge/Skills

- Robust engineering and project management expertise.
- Proven leadership of cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of engineering standards, quality systems, and process optimization.
