About the Role

TagzTech Web is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated fresher to join our team as a Business Development Executive.

The candidate will primarily work on online business development, project bidding, lead generation and client acquisition through platforms such as Freelancer, Upwork and other online portals.

Freshers are welcome. Training will be provided to the right candidate.

Responsibilities

- Search for relevant web development and IT projects on online portals.
- Find potential clients and understand their project requirements.
- Submit professional and customized project proposals.
- Communicate with international clients through online platforms.
- Follow up with potential clients.
- Generate leads through Freelancer, Upwork, LinkedIn, email and other channels.
- Coordinate with the technical team regarding project requirements.
- Maintain records of leads, proposals, follow-ups and opportunities.
- Help convert leads into successful projects.
- Achieve assigned business development and lead-generation targets.

Skills Required

- Good written and verbal English communication.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Valuable research skills.
- Interest in sales and business development.
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients.




- Willingness to learn online bidding platforms.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic understanding of websites, WordPress or IT services is an advantage.

Freshers Can Apply

Previous BDE experience is not mandatory.

Salary and Incentives

Starting Salary: INR 4,000 - 5,000 per month

Performance-based incentives may be provided based on lead generation, project conversion and overall performance.
