Sr Sales Executive (Diesel Exhaust Fluid)

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and expand the sales of AdBlue (Diesel Exhaust Fluid - DEF). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, managing distributor and dealer networks, increasing market penetration, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Sales & Business Development

Generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Develop and maintain relationships with fleet operators, transport companies, logistics firms, mining companies, construction companies, fuel stations, automobile workshops, OEM dealers, and industrial customers.

Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners.

Conduct regular field visits to identify current customers and business opportunities. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales orders.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.

Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with internal departments. Conduct regular follow-ups for repeat business.

Educate customers on the benefits and correct usage of AdBlue.

Explain BS-VI emission norms and the importance of high-quality Diesel Exhaust Fluid. Conduct product demonstrations and customer awareness programs.

Participate in exhibitions, dealer meets, and promotional campaigns.

Monitor competitor pricing, products, and promotional activities. Collect market feedback and submit regular reports.

Identify emerging business opportunities and market trends.

Prepare daily sales reports and visit reports.



Maintain accurate records in CRM or ERP systems.

Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, and Accounts for timely deliveries. Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.

Sales Pipeline Growth

Graduate in any discipline (Any Degree).

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering will be an added advantage.

Candidate Age must be within 45 to 50 years

10-12 years of experience in B2B field sales. Preference will be given to candidates from: AdBlue / DEF

Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong customer relationship management.

Ability to work independently. Target-oriented mindset.

Good presentation skills.

Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.

Willingness to travel extensively.

Fixed Salary

Valid Driving License.

Two-wheeler/Four-wheeler preferred.

Ability to join immediately will be an added advantage.

Note - Candidate having Previous Business Experience will be given preference

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
