1. Demat & Clearing Operations

- Process demat account transactions including debit, credit, pledge, and unpledge requests.
- Handle pay-in and pay-out of securities as per exchange settlement schedules.
- Monitor daily clearing activities and settlement obligations.
- Coordinate with clearing corporations and depositories (NSDL/CDSL).

2. Settlement Management

- Ensure timely execution of trade settlements (T+1/T+2 cycle).
- Verify client holdings before settlement processing.
- Resolve settlement shortages and discrepancies.

3. Documentation & Compliance

- Verify client documents related to demat transactions.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, Exchange, and Depository regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and audit-ready documentation.

4. Reconciliation

- Perform daily reconciliation of:
- Client holdings
- DP accounts
- Clearing accounts
- Securities balances
- Identify and rectify mismatches promptly.

Client & Internal Coordination

- Coordinate with dealers, branches, and clients for transaction confirmations.
- Address client queries related to demat transfers and settlements.
- Liaise with brokers, custodians, and internal teams.

6. Reporting

- Prepare daily MIS and settlement reports.
- Maintain transaction logs and operational trackers.
- Report operational risks or discrepancies to management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
