About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, a good understanding of visual communication, and hands-on proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, advertisements, reports, and other communication materials.
- Translate concepts and requirements into visually appealing and effective designs.
- Create graphics in line with brand guidelines, communication objectives, and project requirements.
- Work closely with content, social media, marketing, and other teams to understand design requirements.
- Adapt designs into different formats and dimensions for various platforms.
- Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Make revisions and incorporate feedback from internal teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all creative outputs.




- Stay updated with current design trends, visual styles, and digital content formats.
- Prepare final artwork and files suitable for digital publishing and print production.

Required Skills

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Graduate in any discipline with a Diploma in Multimedia / Graphic Design.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- CorelDRAW
- Adobe InDesign
- Strong understanding of typography, colour, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Good knowledge of both digital and print design requirements.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and convert ideas into effective visual communication.
- Strong attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple assignments.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Profile

- Experience in designing for corporate, government, media, marketing, or communication projects will be an advantage.
- A robust and relevant design portfolio is preferred.
- Candidates should be creative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
