A renowned Company engaged in Structural Steel Fabrication and Manufacturing of DUCTS for the last two decades and catering to HVAC Industry, is looking for a PURCHASE EXECUTIVE for procurement of raw material, spare parts and equipment for production facilities, Inventory Management, Vendor Development, Price Negotiations, Logistics & Supply chain Management& Contract Management
Duties & Responsibilities
- Procurement of raw material, spare parts and equipment & machinery
- Research & develop potential vendors
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers & Price negotiations.
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Raise & Track Purchase orders and ensure timely delivery
- Evaluate quality of purchased products
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Coordinate with Stores staff at Plant to assess requirement of material
- Logistics and Supply Chain Management
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
Qualification
- Graduate/Post Graduate Diploma in Material Management
- Candidates with Mechanical Background shall be preferred.
Experience
- Having minimum 6 years relevant experience of working in a Manufacturing Company.
- Must have working knowledge of MS Excel, ERP, etc.
Skills Required
- Positive Analytical and Negotiation Skills
- Understanding of supply chain procedures
- Sound knowledge of market,

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
