- Lead and manage the CRM and tele calling team.
- Develop customer retention and repeat-purchase strategies.
- Manage customer database, segmentation and customer lifecycle.
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns through WhatsApp, SMS, calls and email.
- Drive reactivation of inactive customers and generate repeat sales.
- Track CRM leads, conversions and campaign performance.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Showroom Sales teams.
- Prepare weekly/monthly CRM performance reports.
- Monitor team targets, productivity and follow-ups.

Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA preferred.
Jewellery or Premium Retail experience will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
