* Attend appointments generated by the inside sales and telecalling teams.
* Understand customer requirements, preferences and budgets.
* Conduct property visits and showcase suitable homes.
* Explain property details, localities and rental or resale potential.
* Build strong relationships with property owners and customers.
* Convert qualified leads into successful rental or resale opportunities.
* Coordinate with the operations and telecalling teams.
* Follow up consistently with prospective clients.
* Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
* Maintain accurate records of meetings, property visits and follow-ups.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
