About the Role

Alponix is looking for a *high-energy, target-oriented Corporate Sales Manager* to drive the sales of our *IT Products & Technology Solutions* across corporates, manufacturing units, SMEs, educational institutions and other organizations.

This is a *field-driven B2B sales role* for someone who enjoys meeting customers, developing relationships, generating business and closing deals.

What You'll Do

* Generate new B2B/corporate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.

* Visit corporates, manufacturing units and institutions to develop recent business.

* Identify and connect with decision-makers such as *IT Heads, Purchase Heads, Admin Heads, Directors, CTOs/CIOs and Business Owners*.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT products/solutions.

* Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.

* Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.

* Manage the complete sales cycle from *lead generation to order closure*.

* Negotiate with customers and close profitable deals.

* Develop existing accounts for repeat business, cross-selling and up-selling.

* Maintain regular sales reports and pipeline updates.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Compensation

*₹20,000–₹25,000/month + Performance Incentives*

Your earnings will grow with your performance.

Incentives will be linked to *sales achievement, revenue generation and new customer acquisition.
