We are looking for a friendly and target-oriented Assistant Counsellor to handle student enquiries, provide course guidance, follow up with leads, and support the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities Handle walk-in, phone, and online student enquiries.

Counsel students and parents about courses, fees, and career opportunities.

Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve monthly targets.

Maintain lead records and update CRM/Google Sheets.

Coordinate campus visits, demo sessions, and counselling activities.

Support seminars, events, and local outreach activities.

Assist students throughout the admission process.

Requirements Graduate in any discipline.

0–2 years of experience in counselling, admissions, sales, telesales, or customer service.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

Strong English and local-language communication skills.

Valuable convincing, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
