Job Overview

AWD-UP is seeking a proactive, well-connected professional to manage day-to-day operations and drive membership growth, events, industry engagement, digital presence, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Membership Development & Retention: Onboard new members, follow up on leads, leverage referrals, manage renewals and fee collections, and maintain regular engagement.
- Events & Engagement: Plan and execute Bi-monthly /quarterly events (webinars, networking meets, AGM, Foundation Day) and at least one member activity, managing all logistics, speakers, and sponsors.
- Business Development & Revenue: Drive revenue via memberships, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships. Generate and close leads via LinkedIn, email, and chambers like ASSOCHAM, FICCI, and CII.
- Property & Inventory Marketing: Maintain member warehouse/industrial space databases, promote listings to brokers/corporates, and match vacancies with prospective occupiers.
- Industry & Ecosystem Relations: Track sector developments across UP/NCR; build ties with developers, corporates,



brokers, and trade bodies; and collaborate with CII, FICCI, and government entities.
- Social Media & Digital: Manage LinkedIn and X (Twitter) handles, create content/newsletters, and maintain the AWD-UP website.
- Operations & Administration: Oversee daily management, databases, correspondence, meeting setups, accounting coordination, and ensure prompt task closures.

Candidate Profile & Preferred Background

- Background: Experience in Industry Associations, Chambers of Commerce, Warehousing, Supply Chain, B2B Events, or Corporate Relations is preferred.
- Skills: Robust BD, lead conversion, follow-up, and senior leader engagement. Proficient in written/verbal communication, LinkedIn, email marketing.
- Traits: Proactive, self-driven, capable of multitasking, and willing to build networks within the UP/NCR warehousing ecosystem.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
