Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and qualified PGT Physics Teacher to teach Physics to Grades 11 and 12. The teacher must be well-versed in the senior secondary CBSE curriculum, capable of delivering concept-based, interactive, and practical lessons that foster analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities in students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver effective Physics lessons as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Conduct engaging classroom sessions using modern pedagogical tools and digital resources.
- Organize and supervise Physics practicals and laboratory experiments, ensuring safety and accuracy.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning materials tailored to diverse learner needs.
- Guide and mentor students in academic and co-curricular activities.
- Prepare students for CBSE Board Exams and competitive exams, olympiads etc.
- Evaluate students’ performance regularly through tests, quizzes, and assignments; provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a conducive learning workplace.
- Participate in school meetings, training programs, PTMs, and subject-related events.




- Stay updated with recent developments in Physics and incorporate them into teaching.

Qualifications and Experience:

Educational Qualification:

- M.Sc. in Physics or Applied Physics (Mandatory)
- B.Ed. from a recognized university/institution (Mandatory)

Teaching Experience:

- 3–5 years of experience teaching Physics at the senior secondary level (preferably in CBSE-affiliated schools)

Key Skills:

- Excellent subject knowledge and teaching skills
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools (smart boards, online platforms)
- Ability to motivate and inspire students
- Analytical and critical thinking approach

Preferred Attributes:

- Experience with CBSE curriculum and exam pattern
- Student-centered, inquiry-based teaching methodology
- Commitment to continuous learning and innovation in education
