Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) – Malegaon

Company: Karuna Group – Samsung Mobile Division
Location: Malegaon, Maharashtra

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and drive sales operations across the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Samsung Mobile products.
- Manage and develop dealer/distributor relationships and ensure strong market coverage.
- Monitor secondary sales, stock movement, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Lead and guide the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and MIS.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with dealers, retailers, and internal teams for smooth business operations.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Handset/Mobile industry is mandatory.
- Telecom industry experience will be preferred.
- Must have strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel, especially:
- VLOOKUP
- Pivot Table
- Data analysis & MIS reporting
- Strong knowledge of sales,



distribution, dealer management, and market operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-handling skills.
- Should be comfortable with extensive market travel.
- Candidates with relevant experience in Samsung/Handset/Telecom will be preferred.
