BEAM SAW OPERATOR – INTERIOR PRODUCTION

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Beam Saw Operator to join our interior production facility in Sulur, Coimbatore.

The candidate should have hands-on experience operating beam saw machines for cutting plywood, MDF, HDF, and other panel materials used in modular furniture and interior projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Operate and manage Beam Saw machines for panel cutting.
- Read cutting lists, panel sizes, drawings, and production requirements.
- Ensure accurate cutting as per required dimensions and specifications.
- Set up the machine and verify cutting parameters before production.
- Check dimensions and quality of cut panels.
- Minimize material wastage through proper cutting optimization.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and factory teams.
- Identify and report machine-related issues and abnormalities.
- Maintain proper machine operation, cleanliness, and basic maintenance.
- Follow production schedules and complete assigned work within timelines.
- Ensure proper handling and stacking of cut panels.
- Follow all factory safety procedures and operating standards.

REQUIREMENTS





- 2–5+ years of experience operating a Beam Saw machine.
- Experience in modular furniture, interior production, or furniture manufacturing.
- Good understanding of plywood, MDF, HDF, laminates, and panel materials.
- Ability to understand cutting lists and dimensions.
- Good knowledge of measurements and production requirements.
- Ability to identify cutting errors and quality issues.
- Willingness to work in a production environment.
- Responsible and safety-conscious approach to machine operation.

ADDED ADVANTAGE

- Experience with automated / CNC Beam Saw machines.
- Knowledge of panel optimization software.
- Experience in large-scale modular furniture production.
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
