About the Role

We are looking for a Store Executive to manage end-to-end material movement and inventory operations for our Electronics / IoT manufacturing setup.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in material receiving, inventory management, production material issuance, ERP/SAP transactions, stock reconciliation, and electronics component handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage receiving and inwarding of electronic components, PCBs, mechanical parts, cables, connectors, packaging materials, etc.
- Verify materials against POs, delivery challans and applicable documents.
- Coordinate with Purchase, QA/QC and Production for material inspection and clearance.
- Maintain proper storage, identification and segregation of materials.
- Issue materials to production against BOM / Material Requisition / Production Orders.
- Maintain accurate physical and ERP/SAP inventory.
- Conduct cycle counts and periodic stock reconciliation.
- Track shortages, excess, slow-moving and non-moving inventory.
- Coordinate with Production for daily material requirements and prepare material kits.
- Maintain part number, batch/lot and material traceability.
- Handle electronic components such as ICs, resistors, capacitors, connectors, sensors, modules and PCBs.
- Maintain finished-goods inventory and support customer dispatch activities.
- Prepare inventory and store reports using MS Excel.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of ESD-sensitive components.

Requirements





- 2–5 years of experience in Stores / Inventory / Warehouse / Supply Chain, preferably in Electronics, IoT, EMS or Manufacturing.
- Experience handling electronic components and production materials.
- Working knowledge of SAP/ERP inventory transactions.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Understanding of inventory control, stock reconciliation and material traceability.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with Production, Purchase and QA/QC teams.

⭐ Preferred

Experience in electronics/IoT manufacturing, PCB/component handling, BOM-based material issuance and ESD-sensitive material storage will be an advantage.
