Field Sales Executive – POS Software Sales

We are a fast-growing software company providing modern POS (Point of Sale) solutions for retail stores, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, pharmacies, salons, and other businesses.

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive who enjoys meeting business owners, conducting product demonstrations, generating leads, and converting prospects into paying customers.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone who is confident in field sales and wants to earn based on their effort, demos, and sales performance.

Job Responsibilities

- Visit retail stores, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, pharmacies, salons, and other businesses in Ahmedabad.
- Identify potential customers and generate new leads through field visits and referrals.
- Approach business owners and introduce our POS software.
- Conduct live product demonstrations and explain the benefits of the software.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right POS solution.
- Follow up with prospects after product demonstrations.
- Convert qualified prospects into paying customers.
- Achieve monthly demo and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, demos, follow-ups, and sales.
- Coordinate with the implementation team after a successful sale.
- Build strong relationships with business owners and generate referral opportunities.

Compensation & Earning Structure

This is a performance-based earning opportunity with no fixed salary component.

You will earn based on your field activity and successful sales:

Demo Incentive

₹300 for every qualified product demo completed

Minimum expected performance: 10 qualified demos per month

Examples:





- 20 demos = ₹6,000
- 30 demos = ₹9,000
- 40 demos = ₹12,000
- 50 demos = ₹15,000

Client Closing Commission

In addition to the demo incentive, you will receive:

₹2,500 for every successfully closed client

For example:

30 qualified demos + 5 client closures
₹9,000 demo incentive + ₹12,500 closing commission
Total earning = ₹21,500

Your earning potential increases as you complete more qualified demos and close more customers.

Important: Demo incentives and closing commissions are applicable only when the required qualification and verification criteria are met.What is a Qualified Demo?

A qualified demo is a genuine product demonstration conducted for a relevant business prospect, preferably with the owner, decision-maker, or authorized person.

The prospect must have a genuine requirement or potential interest in our POS solution.

Demo eligibility and the process for recording and verifying demos will be explained during the interview.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, software sales, fintech, payment solutions, or a similar field.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a sales-oriented attitude may also apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable meeting business owners on a daily basis.
- Comfortable with field travel within Ahmedabad.
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Basic smartphone and computer skills.




- Gujarati and Hindi fluency is required.
- Basic English communication is an advantage.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
- Target-oriented and willing to work toward monthly demo and sales goals.

Work Schedule

Full-time | Monday to Saturday | Day Shift

This is primarily a field sales role, and regular local travel within Ahmedabad will be required.
