Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in civil, quantity surveying, construction management or a related field.
Experience : 4+ years
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and RA bills.
- Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess progress and quality.
- Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best prices and terms
- Ability to read & analyse both Architectural & structural drawings.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
