Responsibilities of candidate:

- Trade equities using the company’s proprietary capital during market hours.
- Monitor financial markets, individual stocks, market news, economic developments, and other factors that may create trading opportunities.
- Identify and execute short-term and/or medium-term equity trading strategies in accordance with the company’s risk parameters.
- Conduct technical and fundamental analysis to evaluate potential trades.
- Develop and maintain a structured trading plan and follow established entry, exit, and risk-management criteria.
- Manage position sizing, exposure, stop-loss levels, and overall portfolio risk.
- Execute trades efficiently while monitoring liquidity, volatility, spreads, and transaction costs.
- Continuously evaluate open positions and adjust or exit trades as market conditions change.




- Maintain accurate records of all trades, including rationale, entry and exit points, performance, and risk metrics.
- Review trading performance regularly to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with management and other members of the trading team to discuss market conditions, strategies, and performance.
- Adhere strictly to company trading policies, risk limits, compliance requirements, and applicable securities regulations.
- Protect company capital by exercising disciplined risk management and avoiding unauthorized or excessively speculative positions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
