Role Overview:
We are looking for field surveyors to conduct voter opinion polls and election surveys in assigned constituency/booth areas. The role involves collecting authentic voter feedback through structured questionnaires under the guidance of the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct face-to-face voter interviews as per the assigned questionnaire
- Cover the allotted booth/constituency area within the given timeframe
- Ensure accurate and honest data collection (no fake/proxy entries)
- Use smartphone/tablet app (or paper format) for data entry
- Report daily progress to the field supervisor
- Maintain neutrality — no political bias while surveying

Requirements:

- Comfortable with daily travel and outdoor fieldwork
- Basic smartphone operating knowledge
- Valuable communication and people skills
- Prior survey/fieldwork experience preferred (not mandatory)

What We Offer:

- Payout every 10–15 days
- On-field training given before survey starts

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
