Job Title: Customer Support Executive – International Voice & Non-Voice Process

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through voice calls, chat, and email.
- Provide accurate and professional solutions to customer concerns.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain valuable communication and customer service standards.
- Update and maintain customer information and interaction records.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
- Achieve assigned productivity, quality, and performance targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.

Requirements:

- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
- Good English communication skills.




- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Good written communication skills for non-voice processes.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
- Candidates should be flexible to work in Voice or Non-Voice processes.
