Frudo is looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to help us expand our B2B business and build strong relationships with new clients.

Location: Grant Road, Mumbai
Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and market research.
- Identify and approach potential retailers, distributors, corporate clients, HORECA, cafés, supermarkets & institutional buyers.
- Conduct client meetings and present Frudo's products and business offerings.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain robust, long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with Operations and Supply Chain teams for smooth order execution.




- Maintain accurate lead, client, and sales records.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and new business opportunities.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc. for lead research, sales pitches, proposals, reporting, and productivity.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development.
- Experience in FMCG / Food / Retail / Consumer Products will be preferred.
- Solid communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
- Confident in cold calling and lead generation.
- Good relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
- Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets & CRM tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
