The LMS Content Development Intern will support the development of engaging, structured, and high-quality digital learning content for the organisation’s Learning Management System (LMS). The role will involve using AI tools for content development, assisting in the creation and editing of simulation-based and live training videos, and converting subject matter expertise into learner-friendly online courses.
The intern will work closely with the Academic, Training, Content, and LMS teams to support the end-to-end development of healthcare and qualified training courses.
Key Responsibilty Areas
1. AI-Assisted Content Development: Support end-to-end development of LMS course content and videos by using appropriate AI tools; testing and uploading content under the guidance of the academic team.
2. Live Video Production and Editing: Support the recording and post-production of live training sessions.
3. Coordination and LMS Project Support: Coordinate with faculty members.
