Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team in Thanjavur. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer calls and follow-ups effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.
- Explain company services and offers clearly to customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Generate and maintain leads through calling.
- Maintain daily call and follow-up records.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and business development team.

- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or business development are preferred.
- Candidates from Thanjavur and nearby locations are preferred.
