We are looking for dedicated, target-oriented and confident individuals to join our Real Estate Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate genuine interest in real estate projects.

* Understand clients’ requirements, budget and investment goals.

* Explain project details, pricing, payment plans and investment opportunities.

* Regularly follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.

* Qualify leads and schedule site visits/meetings.

* Coordinate with the sales team and assist in converting leads into bookings.

* Achieve monthly calling,



lead generation and sales targets.

* Maintain proper records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
