JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Manager

Location: Ludhiana

Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related business field
Languages Required: Fluent in English, Hindi & Punjabi

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and relationship-building skills, a professional approach towards clients, and the ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Generate recent business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Lead sales meetings, presentations, and product discussions with clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements and orders.
- Prepare sales reports, track performance, and monitor sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and convert potential enquiries into business opportunities.




- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for business growth.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and business interactions.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented personality.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic sales reporting will be preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
