About the Role

Fidicon Devices is looking for a QA/QC Executive to support and strengthen our quality assurance and quality control activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that incoming materials, in-process activities, and finished products meet defined quality standards and applicable specifications.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of quality systems, documentation, inspection, testing, CAPA, deviation handling, and GMP/ISO requirements, along with strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform inspection and testing of incoming raw materials, components, in-process materials, and finished products as per approved specifications.
- Ensure compliance with established QA/QC procedures, SOPs, specifications, and quality standards.
- Review and maintain quality-related documentation, inspection reports, test records, and batch/manufacturing records.
- Handle non-conformances, deviations, CAPA, change controls, and customer complaints in coordination with relevant departments.
- Conduct root-cause analysis using appropriate quality tools and support implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor production processes and identify quality issues at an early stage.
- Coordinate with Production, R&D;, Stores, Purchase, and other departments for resolution of quality-related issues.
- Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Maintain proper records and ensure traceability and data integrity of quality documents.
- Assist in calibration and verification of inspection, measuring, and testing equipment.
- Ensure proper control of rejected, returned, and non-conforming materials/products.




- Prepare quality reports and provide relevant quality data and analysis to management.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, rejection, rework, and customer complaints.
- Ensure workplace activities are carried out in accordance with applicable safety and quality requirements.

Required Qualifications

- B.Sc./M.Sc. / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in a relevant discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in a manufacturing, medical-device, pharmaceutical, chemical, or regulated industry.
- Good understanding of GMP, ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 requirements will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, CAPA, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, Pareto Analysis, and SPC.
- Positive documentation and report-writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and other documentation tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with medical devices / regulated manufacturing will be highly preferred.
- Knowledge of QMS documentation and audit compliance.
- Familiarity with risk management, process validation, inspection methods, and product traceability.
- Good attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
- Ability to identify problems and drive timely corrective actions.
