Your Work Profile

The AI/ML Engineer - NLP & Generative AI will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions focused on Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI systems within the Electrification and Energy domain. This role requires strong expertise in contemporary AI architecture, enterprise-grade AI deployment, cloud-native AI platforms, and scalable machine learning solutions.

The ideal candidate will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, cloud architects, and business stakeholders to build intelligent, secure, and production-ready AI applications that solve complex industry challenges.

Key Skills Required

- 5+ years of overall experience in AI/ML solution development.

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP).





- Minimum 1–2 years of experience developing Generative AI and LLM-powered applications.

- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformer architectures, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.

- Experience fine-tuning foundation models using:

- LoRA
- PEFT
- Instruction Tuning
- Prompt Engineering

- Expertise in designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

- Experience building Agentic AI solutions and multi-step reasoning workflows.

- Strong programming skills in Python.

- Hands-on experience with:

- LangChain
- LangGraph
- Hugging Face Transformers
- LlamaIndex
- SmolAgents
- OpenAI SDKs
- Anthropic APIs

- Experience working with vector databases and embedding frameworks.

- Strong understanding of model evaluation, optimization, explainability, and governance.

- Education - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
