Handle customer complaints, find solutions to their issues, and maintain a positive relationship between both parties for future business ventures.

To build relationships with other key stakeholders within the group, and contractors, by providing feedback, meeting regularly and ensuring quality of work is in line with company and statutory requirements.

Coordinate with labour contractor, arrange meeting if required to explain the process of work and payment process.

Arrange team or labour contractor on site to complete the work

Handle enquiries and complaints from clients and present options to solve issues of concern.

Operation manager oversees a specific project from start to finish, defining goals, controlling costs and timelines, and ensuring the project is completed successfully.





Daily posting of all recovery procedure.

Find ways to increase quality of customer service.

Coordination with Project and AMC team. Oversees and reports weekly.
