About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, people-driven Center Manager to lead the operations, student experience, and overall growth of our art school. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education, creative fields, and building a high-performing, student-centric center.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily center operations to ensure a smooth and efficient learning environment.
- Drive admissions by managing inquiries, counseling prospects, and achieving enrollment targets.
- Maintain high standards of student satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Plan and execute marketing activities, events, workshops, and collaborations to promote the center.
- Manage inventory, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep.
- Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Build a strong brand presence for the center within the community.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree; background in education, management, or the creative field is an advantage.




- 3–7 years of experience in center management, institute operations, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams, multitask, and meet targets.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering a great student experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
- High energy, self-driven, and organized.
- Willingness to work on Saturdays and Sundays
