Narayana e-Techno School, Gobichettipalayam, is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and highly driven Public Relations Officer (PRO) to lead our on-ground admission campaigns and field marketing initiatives. As the face of our institution in the community, you will be responsible for building relationships with parents, executing direct outreach strategies, and achieving monthly enrollment targets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Field Marketing & Outreach: Execute strategic field marketing activities and door-to-step campaigning across Gobichettipalayam and surrounding regions to increase school visibility.
- Admission Generation: Actively pipeline prospective parents, guide them through the school's offerings, and achieve assigned monthly admission targets.
- Public Relations & Brand Awareness: Build and maintain robust relationships with parents, local communities, and key stakeholders to promote the Narayana e-Techno School brand.
- Lead Conversion & Follow-Ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with interested leads, schedule campus visits, and assist parents during the enrollment process.




- Market Intelligence: Gather local market feedback, track regional trends, and assist the management in refining marketing strategies.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Vehicle Requirement: Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is mandatory.
- Personality & Demeanor: High energy, exceptional enthusiasm, positive attitude, and a natural ability to connect with people.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in Tamil is essential; English is an advantage).
- Experience: Prior experience in field sales, direct marketing, public relations, or educational admissions is preferred, though exceptional freshers with high drive are welcome to apply.
