Job Vacancy – Storekeeper / Store Executive

Position: Storekeeper / Store Executive
Industry: Precision Tools Manufacturing & Engineering
Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 1–2 Years
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in Store / Inventory / Manufacturing.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
- Strong documentation and record-maintenance skills.
- Experience in stock inward/outward, inventory tracking, material records and stock reconciliation.
- Good knowledge of Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, sorting and basic reporting.
- Should be comfortable maintaining daily MIS and inventory reports.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Should be active, energetic and willing to take responsibility.
- Candidates from Engineering / Tools / Manufacturing companies will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Update and maintain stock registers and inventory records.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly Excel-based stock and inventory reports.




- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality and Accounts departments.
- Monitor stock levels and identify shortages.
- Maintain proper documentation for material receipts, issues and transfers.
- Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile differences.
- Ensure proper identification, storage and organization of materials.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of store-related records.
