To manage day-to-day equity research output, client communication, model portfolio maintenance, client onboarding, business development, and full regulatory compliance for the firm’s SEBI-registered Research Analyst (RA) operations — while driving overall revenue growth of the research vertical within ethical and compliance boundaries.

Key Responsibilities

1. Research & Reporting

Prepare and circulate the daily morning note for clients
Draft and update equity research reports on the covered stock universe; track and update results/targets
Prepare reports on stocks in the model portfolio; document and update rationale for each portfolio rotation/change
Prepare commodities arbitrage reports

2. Client Communication

Prepare and issue client statements
Communicate with algo trading clients and priority/key clients on updates, performance, and queries

3. Client Onboarding & Records

Onboard current clients on the RA platform
Conduct KYC and maintain accurate, up-to-date client records

4. Business Development & Growth

Prepare presentations and pitch decks required to grow the RA business and related service lines
Support business development initiatives — client acquisition material,



partner/channel presentations, product/service showcase decks
Work towards overall growth in revenue of research services, using all legitimate and ethical means available (referrals, upselling relevant services, improving client retention, supporting sales/marketing efforts) — strictly within SEBI RA regulations and the firm’s compliance framework; no mis-selling, guaranteed-return claims, or unauthorized advisory practices

5. Compliance & Regulatory

Ensure all exchange-related compliances are completed on time
Draft and maintain strategy-level compliance documentation
Handle all RA-related regulatory compliance (SEBI RA Regulations) and maintain associated records/filings
Ensure all revenue-growth and client-facing activities strictly adhere to SEBI RA regulations, exchange norms, and internal ethical guidelines — compliance is non-negotiable even while pursuing business targets

6. Operations & Coordination

Coordinate client payouts and follow up on pending payments/settlements
Handle other related tasks as assigned by management
