Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Club Manager to manage the overall operations of the fitness centre. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing the team, ensuring excellent member experience, maintaining operational standards, and achieving the club’s monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the fitness club.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, PT, renewal, and operational targets.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the Sales and Fitness teams.
- Ensure excellent member service and handle member queries and escalations.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance, and overall club standards.
- Ensure proper staff discipline, grooming, attendance, and adherence to company policies.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Marketing,



and Management for smooth operations.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Handle local marketing activities and initiatives to improve club performance.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads, conversions, renewals, and member retention.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in gym, fitness, hospitality, retail, or sales operations.
- Solid leadership, team management, and sales skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage targets, people, and daily club operations efficiently.

Working Days: 6 days a week, with 1 weekly off
Salary: As per experience and company standards

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
