Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Real Estate Telesales Executive to join our Pune sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling property enquiries, qualifying leads, explaining projects and offers, scheduling site visits, and generating sales opportunities for the real estate team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads and databases.
- Handle incoming enquiries and understand customers' property requirements.
- Identify customers' budget, preferred location, property type, and purchase timeline.
- Promote residential projects, current launches, resale properties, and investment opportunities in Pune.
- Explain project details, configurations, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and offers.




- Qualify leads and identify genuine buyers with strong purchase intent.
- Schedule and confirm site visits, meetings, and appointments with the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate information to move prospects toward a site visit.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, follow-ups, and appointments in the CRM.
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers/Property Consultants for qualified lead handovers.
- Reconnect with old, inactive, and missed leads to generate new opportunities.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain a professional relationship with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Stay updated on Pune's real estate projects, locations, pricing, and market trends.

Target Locations

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
