We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team at NPP Engineering. In this role, you will handle day-to-day accounting transactions, maintain financial records in Tally, and manage data entry using MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily Accounting & Data Entry: Record daily financial transactions, vouchers, payments, and receipts in Tally.
- Billing & Invoicing: Prepare customer sales invoices, purchase entries, and debit/credit notes for automotive parts and materials.
- MS Excel Data Management: Maintain daily logs, track vendor/client payment status, and prepare basic stock and sales reports in MS Excel.
- Banking Operations: Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and keep track of daily cash/bank balances.
- Vendor & Client Follow-ups:



Coordinate with suppliers and customers regarding pending bills, ledger confirmation, and payment timelines.
- Documentation & Filing: Organize and file purchase bills, tax receipts, transport LR copies, and official GST/tax documents systematically.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) or Diploma in Accounting/Finance.
- Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers with solid practical training are encouraged to apply).
- Tally Proficiency: Working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime (Voucher entry, billing, ledger maintenance).
- MS Excel Skills: Good command over MS Excel (Data entry, basic formulas like SUM, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, data filtering).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
