About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Associate to manage customer interactions, maintain client relationships, and support day-to-day customer service operations. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.
Follow up with customers regarding requests, concerns, and feedback.
Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain positive client relationships.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
Ensure adherence to company processes and service standards.
