- Ensure employee welfare facilities are properly maintained.
- Monitor canteen, drinking water, toilets and sanitation facilities.
- Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular welfare facility inspections and follow-ups.
- Coordinate medical camps, health checks and first-aid facilities.
- Support women employees and maternity welfare requirements.
- Monitor hostel, transport and other employee welfare facilities.
- Conduct employee engagement and welfare awareness programmes.
- Maintain welfare records, reports and statutory documentation.
- Support BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP and other social compliance audits.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
