CIVIL ENGINEER – RCC STRUCTURE

Industry: RCC / High-Rise Building Construction
Experience: 5–10 Years
Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per Month + Accommodation

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and supervise RCC structural works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage reinforcement, BBS, shuttering, concreting, and deshuttering activities.
- Ensure proper line, level, alignment, dimensions, and verticality of structures.
- Supervise RCC works including columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, core walls, and staircases.
- Coordinate concrete pouring, RMC supply, slump testing, cube testing, vibration, and curing activities.
- Conduct pre-pour inspections and ensure work complies with project quality standards.
- Prepare daily and weekly work plans and monitor project progress and floor cycles.
- Manage manpower, contractors, subcontractors, materials, and site resources.
- Coordinate with Structural Consultants, Architects, QA/QC, MEP, Safety, and Survey teams.




- Ensure all RCC activities are carried out as per safety standards and site procedures.
- Maintain pour cards, inspection reports, RFI, NCR, daily progress reports, and other site documentation.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.

Candidate Requirements

- 5–10 years of relevant experience in RCC / High-Rise Building Construction.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, reinforcement, BBS, shuttering, and concreting.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Valuable knowledge of surveying, levels, alignment, and verticality checks.
- Strong contractor, manpower, and site coordination skills.
- Good technical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage site activities and achieve project timelines.
