Come 2 Play Kids is looking for a responsible, energetic, and customer-friendly Operations Executive & Receptionist to manage front-desk activities and support the daily operations of the kids' play area. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist children, parents, and visitors. Handle front desk and reception activities professionally. Answer phone calls and respond to customer enquiries. Manage bookings, entries, payments, and customer records. Coordinate daily operational activities of the play area. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and smooth functioning of the facility. Assist customers with information about services, packages, events, and birthday parties. Coordinate with staff and management for smooth day-to-day operations. Handle customer complaints or concerns politely and professionally. Support basic administrative and reporting tasks. Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge. Customer service-oriented personality. Ability to handle children and parents professionally. Valuable organizational and multitasking skills. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
