Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the company’s day-to-day accounting and financial record-keeping activities. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in maintaining accounts and handling routine accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

* Handle bookkeeping and ledger maintenance.

* Record and track income, expenses, purchases, and sales.

* Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other accounting documents.

* Perform bank and account reconciliations.

* Maintain proper documentation and records for financial transactions.

* Assist with monthly financial reports and account summaries.

* Coordinate with management regarding routine accounting requirements.

* Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements





* Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience.

* Good knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.

* Proficiency in Tally is required.

* Knowledge of GST and other tax compliances is not required.

* Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

* Ability to maintain organized financial records.

* Good communication and time-management skills.

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

* Must be willing and able to commute to or relocate to Kochi, Kerala.

* Candidate must be comfortable working in an on-site role.
